Return policy on personal care products, cleaning agents, health and home improvement products of Cilicant Private Limited

  1. Items falling within the list specified in Clause 4 (Personal Care Products, Cleaning Agents, Health and Home Improvement Products) of this policy are non-returnable and non-refundable due to concerns surrounding hygiene, and personal care, wellness, and consumable nature of the product(s).
  2. In the unlikely event of the product being damaged, defective, or different from their description on the product detail page on www.moistureabsorber.com, please notify us at enquiry@cilicant.com on receipt of such damaged or defective order within 2 days of delivery. We may further contact you in order to ascertain the damage or defect in the product, prior to issuing refund/replacement. The return or refund will be processed only if:
    1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    2. the product is not different in any manner from what was shipped to you; 
    3. the product is unused and is returned in its original condition (with the manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, invoice, user manual and warranty cards, and original packaging intact); and 
    4. 2 days have not passed since the delivery of the product.  

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. 

  1. Products may not be eligible for return in cases of buyer’s default, such as incorrect order placed.
  2. All list of products under this category which includes List of Personal Care Products, Cleaning Agents, Health and Home Improvement Products are non-refundable and non-returnable]
